What does it remove?

Comments (except conditional ones), whitespace between tags, and it minifies inline <style> and <script>. Content of <pre> and <textarea> is left untouched.

Can I undo it?

Use the HTML Formatter to make minified code readable again (renamed variables stay renamed).
