Frequently asked questions
Which languages can it read?
English and other Latin-alphabet languages, and Chinese. Accents may be lost on some letters.
My PDF already has text. Do I need OCR?
No. Use PDF to Text instead. It is faster and exact.
How many pages can it read?
Up to 30 pages at a time. Split larger PDFs first with the PDF Splitter.
Does it keep the layout?
It keeps the reading order and line breaks, not columns, tables or fonts.
