Frequently asked questions
Why does text from a PDF have line breaks everywhere?
PDFs store each line separately, so copying keeps a break at the end of every line.
Will it join real hyphenated words like 'well-known'?
Only a hyphen at the very end of a line followed by a lower-case letter is joined. You can switch that off.
Is my text sent anywhere?
No. It stays in your browser.
