Excel and PowerPoint to PDF
Convert Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations (and their OpenDocument versions) to PDF.
How it works
- 1Upload a spreadsheet or presentation.
- 2Press Convert.
- 3Download the PDF.
Features
- Spreadsheets: every sheet with content becomes pages.
- Presentations: one page per slide.
- Linked images and files are never fetched, for your privacy.
- Converted with LibreOffice on our server; files are deleted right after.
Frequently asked questions
Can I convert old .xls or .ppt files?
Not yet. Save them as .xlsx or .pptx first.
Why does a wide sheet span several pages?
Sheets are printed with their page setup. Set 'fit to page width' in Excel before converting.
Do linked images show?
Only images stored inside the file. Linked images are removed so the file can't make our server fetch web addresses.
