Does it crawl my site?

No. You paste the URLs, which keeps it instant and private. Export them from your CMS or analytics.

Do changefreq and priority matter?

Google ignores both; lastmod is used when accurate. They're optional here.

Is anything sent?

No. It runs in your browser.
